Mission 21A Innovation
Our Team has a rich experience in varied kinds of education institutions in India and abroad. It has the spirit of youth and undying passion and determination to innovate ways to make learning more interesting and effective. We will take a structured and tailor made approach by using the technology and resources in the most optimal fashion. We have seamlessly integrated the Classroom and Online learning model. We have designed effective notes to prevent overload of information. We will provide parents with a web based performance monitoring system for their kids. We will be using creative teaching aids like Flash Cards, Video Tutorials etc Incubation We are energized by the potential of Indian student and their enthusiasm to succeed. We visualize our students focusing on researching about higher career goals without being bogged down by pressure of studies. Indian education system is very competitive; right from pre-school, children enter cut throat competition. It has been successful in churning out exceptional students. But, a large chunk of students remain neglected and are forced to follow the herd. We intend to spread awareness about various career options to address the competitive nature and parental pressure. After seeing that most students are in a dilemma and peer pressure to select from among only a few career paths, we want to step in and provide a personalized counseling to students and parents alike on the best choice. Inclusion Staying grounded to our inspiration we have adopted an all inclusive teaching model. We will not consider previous performance criteria, whatsoever, for admission to Class 21A. We will, though, conduct a calibration test at the beginning of each session to help us devise suitable learning model and study plan for each student. Our 'Merit cum Means Scholarship' scheme has been devised to serve the needs of students coming from Economically Weaker Sections of society. It will be our constant endeavor to make sure no meritorious student is deprived of quality education for the want of money.
